373.7 FORM OF BALLOT. The question of metropolitan consolidation shall be submitted to the electors in substantially the following form: Should the cities of ........ and ........ unite to form one joint metropolitan corporation government? The ballot must contain a brief description and summary of the proposed charter or amendment.
