Statutes > Iowa > Title-9 > Subtitle-4 > Chapter-410 > 410-12 410.12 VOLUNTEER OR CALL FIRE FIGHTERS. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to volunteer or call members of a paid fire department, but the amount of pension to be paid to such members shall be determined by the board of trustees.
