410.9 RETIRED MEMBERS ASSIGNED FOR LIGHT DUTY. The chief of the police department and the chief of the fire department of such city may assign any member of such departments, respectively, retired by reason of mental or physical disability under the provisions of this chapter, to the performance of light duties in such department.
