420.130 AFFIDAVIT OF CANDIDACY. Candidates for city precinct committee member shall cause their names to be printed on the primary ballot by filing an affidavit as provided for in section 43.18 with the county commissioner of elections at least forty days prior to the day fixed for conducting the primary election.
