Definitions of words and phrases applicable to statutes generally shall notĀ be so construed as either to limit or enlarge any provision in any treaty,Ā compact or agreement between this state and any other state or the UnitedĀ States, including treaties, compacts or agreements created by, embodied in orĀ resulting from concurrent, complementary or reciprocal legislation.
