10:5-26.Ā Resisting or impeding performance of duties;Ā violation of orders; punishment
Any person who shall willfully resist, prevent, impede or interfere with theĀ Attorney General or any representative of the division in the performance ofĀ duty under this act, or shall willfully violate an order of the Attorney General, or the director, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by imprisonment for not more than one year, or by a fine of not moreĀ than $500.00, or by both;Ā but procedure for the review of the order shall notĀ be deemed to be such willful conduct.
