12:11A-27.Ā Partial invalidity
If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisionsĀ or applications of the act which can be given effect without the invalidĀ provisions or application and to this end the provisions of this act areĀ declared to be severable.
