12:13-1.Ā State, counties and municipalities authorized to apply for establishment of zones
The state of New Jersey, and any county or municipality, or public agency ofĀ the state, may make application for establishing, operating and maintainingĀ foreign trade zones in this state, agreeably to and pursuant to the provisionsĀ of an act of the federal congress entitledĀ "A bill to provide for theĀ establishment, operation and maintenance of foreign trade zones in ports ofĀ entry in the United States, and to expedite and encourage foreign commerce."
