12:2-15.1.Ā Charges for berthing space or anchorage;Ā disposition
Whenever the Division of Planning and Development in the Department of Conservation and Economic Development acquires the land and constructs a publicĀ basin, or leases berthing space for boat anchorage to the public, a reasonableĀ charge shall be made for said space or anchorage by the division, and revenueĀ so collected shall be paid to the State Treasurer and deposited in the GeneralĀ State Fund;Ā and the cost of administering this act shall be included in theĀ annual appropriation law.
