12:3-53.Ā Report by board to state treasurer
After such notice shall have been published or served and entry made on theĀ land described in the lease, the board shall report to the state treasurer theĀ fact of such publication or service and entry on the land, and:
a.Ā In case the notice shall have been published, annex a copy of the publication to the report;Ā and,
b.Ā In case the notice shall have been served personally, annex to the report an affidavit by the person serving the notice, proving the truth thereof.
