Upon receipt of the report of the board, the state treasurer shall transmitĀ forthwith to the board the original lease of the land on which entry shall haveĀ been made.Ā Thereupon the board may, in the manner prescribed by law, againĀ lease or grant the land as fully as if the original lease had never been made.
