12:3-67.Ā  Operation of commercial enterprise by lessee or grantee The board shall also require that after such improvements have been made andĀ  constructed, the lessee or grantee shall, under the supervision and jurisdiction of the board, maintain and operate, during the life of the lease or grant upon said premises, such enterprise, commercial operation, business orĀ  venture as the improvements are designed for, at the sole cost and expense ofĀ  the lessee or grantee.
