The board may mark by stakes, buoys, day and night signals, range marks, orĀ otherwise, as in its judgment is necessary and expedient, the channels of theĀ inland waterway along the Atlantic coast from Cape May to Bay Head, and theĀ waters connected therewith and adjacent thereto.
