"An act for the regulation of power vessels, providing for the registrationĀ of the same and the licensing of the operators thereof, fixing the amount ofĀ license and registration fees and penalties for violations, and supplementingĀ Title 12 of the Revised Statutes,"Ā approved June fourth, one thousand nineĀ hundred and thirty-eight, is repealed.
