13:1D-17.Ā Reports and certifications
Unless specifically otherwise provided in this act or by any operative law,Ā whenever, pursuant to existing law, reports, certifications, applications orĀ requests are required or permitted to be made to a department, division,Ā bureau, board, commission, council or other agency, whose powers and duties areĀ herein assigned or transferred, such reports and certifications shall hereafterĀ be required to be filed with, and such applications or requests shall hereafterĀ be made to, the department or agency to which such assignment or transfer hasĀ been made hereunder.
