13:1D-8.Ā Department of agriculture;Ā transfer of certain functions
All the functions, powers and duties heretofore exercised by the DepartmentĀ of Agriculture, the Secretary thereof, and the State Chemist therein, pursuantĀ to theĀ "Economic Poison Act of 1951,"Ā P.L.1951, chapter 316 and P.L.1969,Ā chapter 116 (C. 4:8A-1, et seq.), and all amendments and supplements to saidĀ acts, are hereby transferred to and vested in the Division of EnvironmentalĀ Quality established hereunder.
