13:1E-131.Ā Disclosure of information by public officer or employee; penalty
Any public officer or employee who shall disclose to any person, other thanĀ the Attorney General or a person retained by the Attorney General as hereinĀ provided, the name of any person who receives an investigative interrogatory orĀ a subpena or any information obtained pursuant thereto, except in proceedingsĀ involving an alleged violation of this act and except as so directed by theĀ Attorney General, shall be guilty of a crime of the fourth degree.
