13:1E-67.Ā Award for information on violations a.Ā Any person who supplies any information which proximately results in theĀ arrest and conviction of any other person for the illegal treatment, storage orĀ disposal of hazardous waste shall be awarded one-half of any penalty collectedĀ as a result thereof.
b.Ā The Attorney General shall adopt, pursuant to theĀ "Administrative Procedure Act,"Ā P.L.1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), such rules and regulations as are necessary to implement this section.
