13:1E-72.Ā Assumption of outstanding debts of former registrant by purchaser
As an incident of its prior approval pursuant to subsection c. of section 22Ā of this act, of the sale, assignment, conveyance or other disposition in bulkĀ of all property of the former registrant relating to the major hazardous wasteĀ facility, the commission may, in its discretion, require that the purchaserĀ thereof assume in a form and substance acceptable to the commission all of theĀ outstanding debts of the former registrant that arose from or were based uponĀ the operation of major hazardous waste facility.
