13:1L-20.Ā Employees
The department may hire such employees as may be necessary to carry out theĀ provisions of this amendatory and supplementary act.Ā Subject to the provisionsĀ of Title 11 (Civil Service), the department shall determine the compensationĀ for the employees hired under this amendatory and supplementary act.Ā TheĀ department shall employ the underprivileged, minorities and young people whereĀ appropriate.
