13:13-2.Ā Custody of canal and feeder vested in department of conservation and development
The department of conservation and development is empowered and directed toĀ enter upon and take possession of the canal and feeder mentioned in sectionĀ 13:13-1 of this title, except the properties and facilities now used forĀ railroad purposes referred to in section 13:13-7 of this title, for and onĀ behalf of the state of New Jersey.
