13:13-9.Ā Fixing boundaries of canal
In addition to the powers conferred by the other provisions of this chapterĀ the department of conservation and development shall have power to agree withĀ the Pennsylvania Railroad Company or the United New Jersey Railroad and CanalĀ Company, or both, as to the limits and boundaries of the land vested in theĀ state of New Jersey by virtue of this chapter and of section seventeen of anĀ act entitledĀ "An act to incorporate the Delaware and Raritan Canal Company,"Ā passed February fourth, one thousand eight hundred and thirty.
