13:17-49.Ā Report certifying assessments and awards of damages;Ā map
Assessments for benefits for any improvement together with any accompanyingĀ awards for incidental damages and all awards of damages for land or interestsĀ therein taken from any improvement, shall be certified by the officer makingĀ the same to the commission by a report in writing signed by the officer.Ā TheĀ report shall be accompanied by a map showing the land taken, damaged orĀ benefited by the improvement and for which damages or benefits have beenĀ assessed.
