13:17-57.Ā  Enforcement of lien When any unpaid assessment, interest thereon or other charges for collectionĀ  thereof, remains in arrears on July 1 of the calendar year following theĀ  calendar year when the same became in arrears, the appropriate officer of theĀ  commission shall enforce the lien by selling the property in the manner setĀ  forth in sections 54:5-19 to 54:5-129 of the Revised Statutes.
