13:8-56.Ā Easements and rights-of-way on state-owned land;Ā grants; reclassification of designation of component river area
a.Ā The department may grant easements and rights-of-way upon, over, under,Ā across, or through any State-owned land within a component river area of theĀ system in accordance with the laws and rules and regulations applicable to theĀ department;Ā provided, however, that any conditions precedent to granting suchĀ easements and rights-of-way shall be related to the policy and purposes of thisĀ act.
b.Ā Subsequent to the designation procedure provided in section 5 of this act, the commissioner may reclassify the designation of any component river area of the system.
