The Commissioner of Environmental Protection shall designate as a wildlife sanctuary that portion of Wawayanda State Park commonly known as theĀ "Ferber plot"Ā and more accurately described as Block 247, part of Lot 3 and Block 249,Ā all of Lot 4A and Lot 5, Tax Maps, West Milford Township, Passaic county, N.J.
