A copy of every judgment dissolving a corporation or forfeiting its charterĀ shall be forthwith filed by the clerk of the court in the office of theĀ Secretary of State, and a notation thereof shall be made by the Secretary ofĀ State on the charter or certificate of incorporation of the corporation affected.
