14A:17-17.Ā  Construction The provisions of this act shall not be construed as repealing, modifying orĀ  restricting the applicable provisions of law relating to incorporations, salesĀ  of securities or regulating the several professions enumerated in this actĀ  except insofar as such laws conflict with the provisions of this act.
