15:1-23.Ā Vested rights of certain corporations saved
The repeal of any act or part of any act by section thirteen of the act entitledĀ "An act to incorporate associations not for pecuniary profit," approved April twenty-first, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight (L.1898, c. 181, s. 13, p. 427), shall not dissolve any corporation in existenceĀ on July fourth, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-eight, and nothing in theĀ above-entitled act or in this title contained shall impair or annul any vestedĀ rights, privileges or powers actually exercised and enjoyed by any corporationĀ under any law so repealed.
