Any religious body may register with the secretary of state the name, titleĀ or designation under which it operates, or functions, or its activities areĀ carried on.Ā The secretary of state shall provide for the registration andĀ recording of such names, titles and designations, and shall charge a fee ofĀ twenty-five dollars for such registration.
