16:13-12.Ā Rights and customs confirmed
The rights and customs of the Reformed Church in America to conduct their affairs and to convey or mortgage their property by a majority vote of their consistory are hereby confirmed.Ā Any law passed before March nineteenth, one thousand nine hundred, requiring the reference of such matters to a vote of theĀ congregation shall not apply to the Reformed Church of America.
