16:13-2.Ā Powers;Ā execution of deeds
Such trustees shall have all the powers enumerated in section 16:1-4 of thisĀ title, except that no deed or instrument of conveyance of real estate shall beĀ good and effectual unless it is sealed with the common seal and signed by aĀ majority of the members of such corporation.
