16:15-12.Ā President and treasurer
The bishop of such diocese shall, by virtue of his office, be the presidentĀ and treasurer of the corporation, unless the board of trustees otherwise orderĀ unanimously.Ā He shall have custody of the common seal, papers, documents,Ā deeds, writings and books of or relating to the corporation, and may conveneĀ the trustees as occasion may require.
