16:19-7.Ā Secretary, treasurer and other officers
The board of trustees shall elect or appoint as soon after their election asĀ practicable, from their number, a secretary and treasurer, and may also appointĀ such other officers or agents as such board may, from time to time, deemĀ expedient.Ā The proceedings, orders and acts of a majority of the trustees forĀ the time being, but not of a less number, shall be valid and effectual.
