16:2-10.Ā Trustees;Ā increase in number
Whenever any religious society of the Baptist denomination has incorporatedĀ trustees under the provisions of article 1 of chapter 1 of this title (s. 16:1-1Ā et seq.), it may increase the number of such trustees at any election heldĀ pursuant to section 16:1-9 of this title, after notice of the intention toĀ elect the additional trustees, given in the manner and for the time prescribedĀ in section 16:1-1 of this title, by electing an additional number of persons,Ā not exceeding fifteen, trustees.
