16:5-17.Ā Trustees;Ā terms;Ā vacancies
The terms of the trustees' offices may be so arranged as to provide that notĀ more than 1/3 of the trustees shall be elected in any 1 year but no suchĀ term shall be for more than 3 years.Ā It may be provided that vacancies causedĀ by other than expiration of term shall be filled for unexpired terms.
