17B:17-14.Ā General penalty
Each violation of this Code as to which a penalty is not provided by anotherĀ provision of this Code or by other applicable laws of this State shall be aĀ misdemeanor, and may in addition to any prescribed applicable denial,Ā suspension, or revocation of certificate of authority, license, or permit beĀ punishable upon conviction in the manner prescribed for misdemeanors under theĀ provisions of Title 2A of the statutes of this State. Each instance of suchĀ violation may be considered a separate offense.
