17B:25-1. "Industrial life insurance" ;Ā definition
For the purpose of this code,Ā "Industrial life insurance"Ā is that form ofĀ life insurance, issued by an insurer which, as to such insurance, is operatingĀ under a debit plan of premium collection by agents, and under which theĀ premiums are payable monthly or oftener and the words "industrial policy" orĀ words of similar import are printed upon the policy as part of the descriptiveĀ matter.
