17B:26-14.Ā Legal actions There shall be a provision as follows:
Legal actions:Ā No action at law or in equity shall be brought to recover onĀ this policy prior to the expiration of 60 days after written proof of loss hasĀ been furnished in accordance with the requirements of this policy.Ā No suchĀ action shall be brought after the expiration of 3 years after the time writtenĀ proof of loss is required to be furnished.
