17B:26-3.Ā  Required provisions Except as provided in section 17B:26-28 each such policy delivered or issuedĀ  for delivery to any person in this State shall contain the provisions specifiedĀ  in sections 17B:26-4 to 17B:26-15 inclusive, in words in which the same appearĀ  in the applicable sections;Ā  provided, however, that the insurer may, at itsĀ  option, substitute for one or more of such provisions corresponding provisionsĀ  of different wording approved by the commissioner which are in each instanceĀ  not less favorable in any respect to the insured or the owner, if other thanĀ  the insured.Ā  Such provisions shall be preceded individually by the appropriateĀ  caption appearing in each of such sections or, at the option of the insurer, byĀ  such appropriate individual or group captions or subcaptions as theĀ  commissioner may approve.
