17B:26-42.Ā Benefits
Every policy shall provide benefits required by section 3 without a separateĀ deductible or coinsurance provision for the home health care benefit.Ā For theĀ purpose of determining the benefits for home health care, each visit by aĀ member of a home health care team shall be considered as one home health careĀ visit.Ā The policy may contain a limitation on the number of home health careĀ visits, but no policy may provide for less than 60 home health care visits inĀ any calendar year or in any continuous period of 12 months.
