17B:28-8.Ā Amounts placed in account;Ā liabilities
Except as may be otherwise specifically provided by the contract, all amounts with respect to any contract on a variable basis shall be placed in theĀ variable contract account designated in such contract, and all liabilities onĀ any such contract shall be set up in said account.
