17B:30-2.Ā  Practices prohibited No person shall engage in this State in any trade practice which is definedĀ  in this chapter as or determined pursuant to this chapter to be an unfairĀ  method of competition or an unfair or deceptive act or practice in the businessĀ  of life insurance, health insurance or annuity.Ā  The practices described inĀ  sections 17B:30-3 to 17B:30-13 as modified by section 17B:30-14 are herebyĀ  defined to be such practices.
