17B:30-20.Ā Violation of cease and desist order;Ā penalty
Any person who violates a cease and desist order of the commissioner issuedĀ under this chapter shall be liable to a penalty not exceeding $5,000.00 forĀ each violation, to be collected by the commissioner in the name of the State inĀ a summary proceeding in accordance with the Penalty Enforcement Law (N.J.S.Ā 2A:58-1 et seq.).Ā The commissioner in his discretion may revoke or suspend theĀ license or certificate of authority of any such person.
