17B:34-12.Ā Effect of Chapter
The enactment of the provisions of this Chapter shall provide an alternativeĀ method of action and shall in no way be deemed to repeal the provisions ofĀ Chapters 66 and 68 of the Laws of 1958 nor the provisions of Chapter 12 of theĀ Laws of 1970.
