17:12B-125.Ā Exclusive procedure;Ā review of commissioner's action; effect of failure to act
The procedure, set forth in sections 118 through 124 of this act, for obtaining information by a member or enabling a member to communicate with other members of a State association shall be exclusive;Ā but the action of theĀ commissioner shall be subject to review in the Superior Court in a proceedingĀ in lieu of prerogative writ.Ā The commissioner's failure to act within theĀ periods limited by this section shall be deemed to be a final order denying theĀ application.
