17:12B-125.1.Ā Application of sections 118 through 124 to federal associations
Insofar as the provisions of sections 118 through 124 of this act regardingĀ obtaining information by a member or enabling a member to communicate withĀ other members are not inconsistent with Federal law, the provisions of sectionsĀ 118 through 124 shall apply to Federal associations whose principal offices areĀ located in this State and to the members thereof, except that the applicationsĀ provided for shall be tendered to the Federal Home Loan Bank Board, Washington,Ā D. C., in the case of a Federal association and forwarded only upon thatĀ board's certificate and direction.
