17:12B-164.Ā Other charges in connection with loans
Any Federal association may charge in connection with any loan, as interest,Ā discount, premium, late charge or any other charge, any amount which may beĀ permitted by law to be charged by a State association or may be permitted to beĀ charged by Federal laws, rules or regulations applying to such FederalĀ association, and any such charge shall not be deemed to be usurious.
