17:12B-253.Ā Notice to stockholders
Except where this act or regulations promulgated hereunder expressly provideĀ otherwise, all notices, statements, reports or other documents required to beĀ given to any stockholder may be given to him either personally or by mail,Ā postage prepaid, addressed to him at his last address which appears on theĀ records of the association.Ā Service by mail shall be complete upon posting.
