17:12B-266.Ā  Merger of capital stock associations In the case of the merger of any two or more capital stock associations, theĀ  procedure to merge shall be as provided in Article XIII of this act except thatĀ  the wordĀ  "member"Ā  shall be either inclusive of stockholders of the capitalĀ  stock association or shall be construed to mean stockholder whereverĀ  appropriate to the context.
